SESAN is an engineering and manufacturing company delivering project-specific, end-to-end solutions for hydropower and heavy industry.

Founded in Adana, Türkiye in 2010, SESAN today operates through two specialized business areas: SESAN Hydro and SESAN Industry.

Through SESAN Hydro, we provide valves, turbine equipment and hydromechanical equipment for hydropower projects. Through SESAN Industry, we deliver project-specific equipment and manufacturing solutions for the iron & steel and heavy industry sectors.

At our 7,500 m² integrated manufacturing facility, we manage the critical stages of each project within a unified production system — from engineering and manufacturing to precision machining, assembly, quality management, testing and delivery. This end-to-end capability enables greater control over quality, coordination and delivery for complex, project-specific equipment.

Our manufacturing culture is built on lean thinking and continuous improvement. We see digitalization not as a separate technology initiative, but as an integral part of our manufacturing system — enabling greater transparency, measurability, efficiency and traceability across our operations.

Full traceability is fundamental to the SESAN quality approach. From materials and manufacturing operations to quality records and final documentation, critical project data is managed through controlled and traceable processes.

We continuously develop our digital manufacturing infrastructure through data-driven management and AI-supported analysis and decision-making. Our goal is not simply to adopt technology, but to use manufacturing data to make better decisions, improve processes, reduce waste and make project performance more predictable.
